Accessibility statement.

KDU Texas is committed to making this site usable by everyone, including people with disabilities.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards across this site. We test against screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA), check colour contrast, ensure keyboard navigation, and respect the user’s motion preferences.

What we’ve built for

  • Keyboard navigation across every interactive element.
  • Visible focus rings (2px solid Cotton Green, 2px offset).
  • Colour contrast at WCAG AA for body text on background.
  • Alt text on every photograph.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion — parallax and autoplay disable when set.
  • Semantic HTML — headings in logical order, landmarks, form labels.
