KDU Texas has been honoured by civic bodies in Texas for its cultural and humanitarian work. Proclamations from city councils — including the City of Frisco — recognize the chapter’s contributions to community service and cultural heritage.
At the 2021 Awards of Honour gala, the chapter recognized members and friends whose contributions to Krio cultural life, scholarship, and humanitarian work have shaped the chapter’s history.
