How KDU Texas collects, uses, and protects information from our members and visitors.
This policy explains what personal information KDU Texas collects from members and visitors to this website, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
From website visitors: only what your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited), and any information you choose to share through forms (contact form, donation form, membership application, newsletter signup).
From members: the information provided on the membership application — name, email, mailing address, phone, and family information you choose to share for the chapter directory.
Member information is used to maintain the chapter directory, send chapter communications (newsletters, event announcements, AGM notices), and process dues payments. Donor information is used to issue tax-deduction receipts and acknowledge gifts. We do not sell, trade, or rent personal information to outside parties.
Donations and dues are processed through Stripe. KDU Texas does not store credit-card information; it is handled directly by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
